I was born in Thailand and has worked in massage spa and beauty business for many years at 5-star properties like The Four Seasons Koh Samui, and the Sheraton Hotel Times Square in New York City.

I am a Thai massage practitioner and have been working for years, now decided to train others in a unique form of Thai therapeutic yoga which is a combination of techniques that includes Thai Hermit Self-healing exercises , Hatha yoga therapeutic and Thai Massage stretches, Refer to Thai Massage is now part of the list of “The Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity’ by Unesco is the United Nations’ agency for education, culture, and science. Thai Massage has been recognised as something to be preserved for future generations ( reports on BBC News ).

I am now offering classes for those looking to be yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioners, start from beginner to intermediate levels. My teaching style : focuses on breathing and meditative with certain movements such as: Hatha, gentle, Yin, Partner yoga. yoga Nidra and Guide meditation.
